Rachel has led TFE Hotels through a huge growth era over the past 10 years, overseeing takeovers, integrations & the rollout of new hotel brands including Vibe Hotels & TFE Hotels Collection. Today the company has over 20 hotels in the pipeline to augment the 72 hotels they have currently, with an aim of getting to 100 hotels by 2020.

• The establishment of TFE Hotels in 2013: a joint venture between Australia’s long-established apartment, hotel development & management company (Toga Group), & Singapore’s Far East Hospitality Holdings
• Management takeover of Rendezvous Hotels (2014) & Travelodge Hotels in Aus/NZ (2005)
• Development of TFE Hotels into one of Australia’s most sought after places to work with 2,800 team members worldwide, an average team retention rate of six years & a strong gender diversity record
• Growth of Adina Apartment Hotels to 29 in four countries, with four opening 2016-17
• Relaunch of the 50-year-old Travelodge Hotels brand to appeal to younger, savvy travellers
• Relaunch of Vibe Hotels as a wellness & connectivity-focused lifestyle brand
• Formation of TFE Hotels Collection which includes beautiful & unique hotels like  the Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, the Gambaro Hotel in Brisbane &  forthcoming “The Calile” in James St, Fortitude Valley
