LEAH CALNAN >Metro Property ManagementLeah has a long history of involvement with the REIV including as Chairperson of the Property Management Chapter Committee & as a training facilitator in Property Management. Leah was elected to the REIV Board of Directors in 2014 & currently holds the role of Vice President. Leah’s experience encompasses more than 20 years in the property industry, commencing as an Assistant Property Manager. Leah is the sole Director & Proprietor of multi award-winning Metro Property Management "here, there & everywhere", plus recent addition of Metro Property Sales. She is a published author (Simple & Successful Property Management), sitting Member of the Family Violence Housing Assistance Implementation Taskforce & on the board for m.a.d.woman (Make a Difference) Foundation.

LISA ROBERTS >Ultimate Conferences & EventsLisa has almost 30 years’ experience in hotel operations (F&B, Front Office) & Sales Management, complemented by consulting & recruitment across diverse industry sectors. Lisa owns Ultimate Conferences & Events "your meeting & event success starts here". Founding Ultimate Performance & Recruitment (providing niche solutions to the meetings industry) in 2011, plus founded TheVenueShop.com.au in 2013, "real comparisons, real expert advice, really FREE!" Also volunteering for Wear For Success, "Confidence, Belief, Success - creating life change for those facing barriers to employment" - Lisa sits on the fundraising committee as events specialist, plus is organiser for their supporting professional networking group, Suitably Connected.
